Position Summary (Cleaning Jobs Supervisor – Parramatta):
Carpet Cleaning Parramatta” (“CCP“) is looking to hire a field supervisor to oversee it’s cleaning jobs project in Parramatta. CCP is expanding it’s Carpet Cleaning workforce. The need for cleaning jobs is a result of an increase in the demand for carpet cleaning in the greater Parramatta area. As a result of the increase in demand we have decided to create another carpet cleaning team. We are currently hiring an additional field Supervisor to oversee our field cleaning jobs projects.
The field supervisor will be responsible for the daily oversight of our workforce in the Parramatta area, and will be in charge of providing real time support and solutions to our commercial and private customers in the Parramatta area.
Essential Qualifications:
- Resident of the Parramatta area;
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- Experience in managing field crews;
- Experience in the cleaning jobs field;
- Excellent verbal communication as well as problem solving skills;
- Ability to work reliably under minimum supervision;
- Strong sense of urgency in dealing with project issues and deadlines;
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily on site management of private and commercial carpet cleaning jobs;
- Ordering and tracking of supplies and materials;
- Preparing daily time sheets;
- Ensuring work is completed in accordance with our standards;

Job Title: Crew Manager
Department: Cleaning Jobs – Parramatta Carpet Cleaning department
Position Summary:
Carpet Cleaning Parramatta” (“CCP“) is looking to hire a Crew Manager. As part of our work force expansion, we are opening another carpet cleaning crew for which we need a manger to manage the crew’s daily cleaning jobs in Parramatta.
The expansion of our workforce is a result of an increase in the demand for our services. We have decided to create another carpet cleaning team. We are hiring an additional Crew Manager to manage our new carpet cleaning crew and the daily cleaning jobs.
The Crew Manager will be responsible for the hands-on management of the crew, as well as handling the ongoing relations with our commercial and private customers.
Essential Qualifications:
- Resident of the Parramatta area;
- Experience in cleaning jobs in Parramatta;
- Experience in managing field crews;
- Excellent management ability;
- Strong sense of urgency in dealing with project issues and deadlines;
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily on site management of cleaning jobs and management of small to medium cleaning crews (2-5 employees);
- Tracking of cleaning supplies and materials;
- Preparing daily time sheets;
- Ensuring work is completed in accordance with our standards;
